Enjoy your furniture and accessories worry free!
Our extended warranty covers all replacement parts for furniture and accessories purchased from us for one full year or two full years depending on the warranty you select. For the low price of our warranty you can enjoy your furniture and accessories worry free. Should you damage any part of it, just give us a call or send us an email and we will send out a replacement part immediately. If replacement parts are no longer available we will simply refund you the full amount of your extended warranty and give you a 10% discount off of a full replacement item, or anything else on our site!
Terms and conditions:
When does it begin- Warranty begins two weeks after the order is placed, this allows for the items to be received before the warranty begins.
What it covers- Any part that is damaged or broken, not lost or worn due to normal wear and tear, that can be replaced by sending you a replacement and does not constitute the majority of the item is covered under warranty. This does not include pieces that cannot be replaced by the customer in their home, that is any part that needs to be professionally installed or makes up the majority of the item. A piece constituting the majority of an item, and therefore not being a replacement part, is up to the discretion of Algrove Enterprises. Algrove Enterprises reserves the right to determine whether or not a part is covered under warranty and can deny warranty replacement parts and services as it pleases. Algrove Enterprises may request you to return the broken piece or at a minimum send a digital photo of the damage.
Can I add a warranty- You can add a warranty at any point within 2 years of the date your order was placed. It will cost the full amount as if you had purchased it along with the order on the date when you placed the order. If your order date occured more than one year from the date when you would like to add a warranty you will be charged for the two year extended warranty, if it is has been less than one year you will be given the choice to add the one year warranty or the two year warranty. Either one will end as if they were purchased along with the original order and will start two weeks (14 days) after the order date. Simply contact us by phone or email if you would like to add a warranty to an existing order.
What if a part is no longer available- If an item has been discontinued or replacement parts are no longer available for some other reason, Algrove Enterprises will refund you the full amount of your extended warranty and give you a 10% discount off of the purchase of a replacement item, or anything else on our site! Algrove Enterprises reserves the right to determine whether or not the customer is eligible for a refund if the replacements parts are not available, situations where a customer is not eligible for a refund include, but are not limited to a part being considered the majority of the whole item. Algrove Enterprises reserves the right to deny anyone replacements parts.
What constitutes one year- One year will be calculated as 365 days and the one year warranty will expire accordingly, 365 days past the 14 day transit period after the order was placed. The two year policy will expire after 730 days past the the 14 day transit period after the order was placed.
